Seeing my name appear in the top 25 of BrightScope’s “Top Social Influencers in the United States” list was pretty cool. I and my supportive colleagues at SageBroadview don’t participate in social media for the acclaim; rather, we truly enjoy reading, learning and sharing what we’ve discovered with clients and friends. In a way, isn’t that what being an advisor is all about? That’s why it’s all the more gratifying to appear in BrightScope’s inaugural list of socially influential financial advisors, alongside so many of the same individuals I regularly follow in my quest for continued personal and professional growth.
I learn so much from this community about investing & financial planning – and I encourage you to do the same. I also enjoy contributing my own insights on these subjects, as well as specialized topics such as corporate executives’ equity compensation and adding the woman’s touch to professional financial planning.
To be recognized for a passionate pursuit that I know I and my SageBroadview team would be doing anyway is indeed tasty icing on the cake.
